Our Staff:

All our support staff undertake a robust recruitment process, including a full criminal check to ensure their suitability for the role. Each staff member has been selected not only for having the correct qualifications but also for their caring nature and people skills. They all have their level 2 in Health and Social care or are working towards achieving this qualification. Ongoing training and professional development is provided and encouraged. This enables staff to have the knowledge and skills to offer high quality care. To ensure continuing high standards of care are maintained, each support worker is encouraged and supported in continuing to develop their training, knowledge and skills.
